I have put an example of complex MSHTML editor :
http://www.benorama.com/other/MSHtmlEditor.zip

I've never used it, so I supposed that it will require some work to clean it
: apparently, it was designed to work with some .asp pages.

If you want to give it a try :
- download and unzip the content of the ZIP,
- launch HTMLEditor.htm.
When the page display, there is a js error... but you can play with the
editor to see what you can do with complex MSHTML.

I've personnaly developped a very basic MSHTML editor (which was enough for
our need), I also put it online :
http://www.benorama.com/other/editor.htm
You can have a look on the html/js code, it is very simple.
(if you download the page, you'll also need
http://www.benorama.com/other/editornav.gif to run it locally)

If you are interested in rolling your own, here is a nice tutorial to
supplement the MSDN articles.
http://webfx.eae.net/dhtml/richedit/richedit.html

These guys have one that works in Mozilla as well as IE, although it
is planned to be integrated into the browser soon.

Check out their demo of the coolest looking CMS I've seen either way.
