I just checked this out on my system and the proper date is return from the cfc to flash.
Perhaps you can send me your code so I can have a look. michael d corbridge macromedia 617.219.2307 [EMAIL PROTECTED] -----Original Message----- From: Ben Johnson [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Tuesday, September 17, 2002 1:07 PM To: CF-Talk Subject: Flash Remoting Date Problem All, I have a CFC that returns a date object to Flash through Flash Remoting and something strange is going on. Every time a date is returned, it is decremented by one day. For example, if it's 10/20/02 in the database, it will return 10/19/02. I even tried hard-coding the date in the CFC and it still changes it. I checked the data being returned to make sure that it wasn't a strange ActionScript problem, but the date was in fact one day less. Even stranger is the fact that this works correctly on our development box but not on our production box. Also, I tried calling the CFC from <cfinvoke> as well as through a URL. Both of those methods work. Anybody know what's going on?
