http://samspade.org has a great set of online tools for troubleshooting
issue like this too.

I would recommend doing a worldwide tracert from the gateway at tracert.com
so you can see what the 90% of the internet's DNS servers see. There are
Yahoo, MSN, and severl teir 1 DNS servers to use.

They also have a ping gateway to see ping stats from worldwide locales.
