Randell, I want to clarify how JSpell and how CFX_JSpellCheck (our product,
cfdev) work.

JSpell is not entirely JavaScript, it does the spell checking on the server
side with a Servlet. The user interface for the spell checker is JavaScript
and HTML.

CFX_JSpellCheck works in a similar way, the spell checking is done server
side with a CFX tag. The result of the CFX tag is passed to JavaScript and
the user interface is JavaScript and HTML.

Just though that was worth clarifying, that you would need a servlet engine
(or CFMX Enterprise) in order to use JSpell. CFX_JSpellCheck can be used on
CF 4.5 and up.

Has anyone have any experience with
JSpell (JavaScript based spell checker)?

Not to be confused with CFX_JSpellEdit by CFDEV.

Possibily looking more JavaScript based but
all comments, recommendations are welcome.

TIA!
