Yes, we have a project running cfmx on Solaris with Oracle (on a separate machine) which gets a JDBC connection pooling error on an intermittent basis. Restarting cfmx clears it for a few days.
The error reads: "SQLException occurred in JDBCPool while attempting to connect, please check your username, password, URL, and other connectivity info." The setup uses Oracle OCI8 jdbc drivers. andy -----Original Message----- From: Jochem van Dieten [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Tuesday, October 08, 2002 6:23 PM To: CF-Talk Subject: Re: JDBC socket reset (was CF supporter something or other....) Some people doing i18n will not call the MS SQL Server Type 4 JDBC drivers a hype. BTW, is there *anyone* that has JDBC problems where it is not with MS SQL Server? I sure get the impression that the problems are created by MS instead of MM.
