Go into your jrun.xml file
(<baseinstallpath>\runtime\servers\default\SERVER-INF).  

Look for this:

    <!-- set this to false for multi-hosted sites -->
    <attribute name="cacheRealPath">false</attribute>

Restart the CF service (or the server, if you'd really like to be
thorough).  That will correct it.
