points to the template directory. d:\html\template\

Everything works fine with the cfml.exe from 4.0.0.  I have no 
problems.  When I copy the cfml.exe from 4.0.1 to replace the old one, that 
is when I get the error.

When I restore the cfml.exe from 4.0.0, it works again.
