Use <EMBED> or <OBJECT> in your HTML.  See
http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/html40/special/object.html for a good
overview of <OBJECT> and why you might prefer to use <EMBED>.  No special
Cold Fusion processing (i.e., <CFCONTENT>) is necessary.
