Did you run the install? If so, open the File Explorer on the Jornada. Go to: \My Device\Program Files\Macromedia\DevCon\
You'll see an EXE (the one linked on the Start Menu which I can't get to run), an HTML page, a SWF file, and a sub-directory containing data.
