I would go with that; however, it says in the "migrating to CFMX manual" on page 18 that the locale testing was done with JRE 1.4, and on page 9 cfhttp timeout only works with 1.4. But the product ships with 1.3 (problaby because 1.4 doesn't run on all platforms yet).
