No.. This is a setting that (I thought) was set for an entire site, that
told DWMX to make all links/calls to pages document-relative or
site-relative.

It talks about it in the help files.. But doesn't tell you where to set
it.  (I hate help files like that - which means that I hate virtually
all help files.)
