You can search for Certified developers on the Macromedia Site, but probably the best source would be to look for a local CF user group or one that is near you and send an inquiry to the group manager. There is also a list of user groups on the MM site as well. They can usually put you in contact with a selection of developers that can do the job. I would suggest the latter as the fastest way to get a solution for your client.
