You can even run them both on the same port, if you like.

Simply set up separate virtual servers, and use host-header names to
differentiate them. I've set that up as the default configuration for our
standard developer laptop image (using Apache instead of IIS, though).

You might as well post the instructions; I'm sure they'll be useful.
