It's got a sort of interesting history, but the word list contained in the
document at the following URL may be a good place to start (after removing
certain words):

It's the wordlist from one of those NetNanny sort of apps.  Check out the
article "Reveal and Me" in the Sept. '02 Crypto-Gram for some background on
