Rizal, I'd be interested in taking a look as well. I'd be more than happy to give you some space on my CF box at home. As for what David was looking for, I too would want the messages to be stored in a Db. (For creating FAQs, monitoring support trends, etc.) but your app sounds like a good starting point.
