You can just run:

/Applications/JRun4/bin/wsconfig

It's a nice GUI to configure Apache to sit on top of JRun and CFMX.

Is that what you were looking for?

Note: Make sure JRun is running before you run the script.  Also, you  
have run Apache as root (using sudo) since by default, it will listen  
on port 80.
