I just finished a site with this, but it was a bitch.  Paypal has no "test
mode" so you have to run a bunch of 1 cent transactions on someone's card
and refund them later.  If you are using IPN to get customer info back from
pay pal, that's also kind of hard to test, since you have to simulate paypal
posting form variables to your site in order to find bugs.

Their "customer support" is useless: I got two automated form emails and
then finally a live person telling me to read the pdf.
