No. Library here has it and I borrowed it once and I was actually a bit disappointed. The book just isn't as advanced anymore as it was when it first came out. The nested set part is nice, but most of that is online anyway and if you hunt a little bit on the mailinglists of your favourite RDBMS, or just cf-talk, somebody will send you all the stored procedures you need.
