I find the easiest and quickest way is togo to SQL manager and open the table in design view. Click on the Print Screen button. paste pic onto word doc. Use format Picture to trim the extra space from the pic. I like the visual of this way- I get all the design info in a quick easy to read format. I also like grouping tables this way- I can often get several related tables on one page. Hope this helps. J
