Also keep an eye out for an article coming to CFDJ about J2EE servlet 
filters.  Charlie Arehart posted a preview on his page.  Allows you to 
pre-process or post-process all requests based on url patterns.

More flexible than Application.cfm and OnRequestEnd.cfm for specific 
purposes.  Not meant to replace the cfm pages, but just a nice new feature 
in our arsenal.  Also very useful since there are readily available filters 
you can download and install without any coding.
