This is really bizarre. Everyone says this is expected behavior, but today it is refreshing on its own. Nothing has changed that I'm aware of, but everytime I change my CFC the change is reflected immediately, even though I'm calling it as a webservice.
BTW, I don't have a 'Data & Services' under "Data Sources", but I do have a 'webservices' link.
