Signup and archives are there. While the traffic is low, the membership is high
quality and DB related questions are usually answered quickly and thoroughly.
I'm not knocking CF-Talk as it's as strong as ever but some of the specialized
lists are better because they are specialized. A question on CF-Talk may be
missed on occasion. A question to SQL is rarely missed.
