> Onclick expects javascript already. Actually, this isn't always the case. In IE, if your page has a VBScript as the last script in the head, then IE will interpret everything after that as VBScript. Since I use both VBScript and JavaScript at work, I now always make sure to specify the script language with the "javascript:" or "vbscript:" thingy.
