It's a client-side problem of some sort, and the only solution that you can
implement in CF is to replace your Java applets with something more
client-friendly (which I know isn't what you want to hear). The specific
cause of the problem could be the Java virtual machine used in the Microsoft
browser, or it could be your display drivers, or something else entirely.
Unfortunately, I don't know of a good solution. You might want to test on
other machines, and see what happens.
