When you run Remove_ALL_connectors.bat, is it working correctly if it removes *all* ISAPI filters in the Master Web Site in IIS and not just the JRun Connector Filter?
I'd interpreted the ALL in the filename to mean "the JRun Connector filter for all web sites", not "all ISAPI filters for all web sites".
