Today I had to restart my server and I noticed in the event viewer that AllaireCCmgr had created a couple of directories called btauxdir in my webroots. Does anyone know why this directory is created? I believe I have seen it before but I don't why it is needed.
I also noticed that my FTP services were stopped and when I tried to restart them I got the error message, "The Path Specified is no longer found" or something like that. Most of the information under FTP properties is grayed out, for instance, I cannot change the FTP path to something else. I did a little searching and I think I might have a corrupt IIS metabase, has anyone ever experienced this before or know why it might happen. I am thinking of just deleting FTP sites and then recreating them. Luckily, my webs are fine right now. Any information or suggestions would be appreciated.
