can you not put per region in separate divs then,
its hard to give a solution when I do not fully understand what your GUI
wants to achieve in look and feel.

I want to hide all elements in a region (ie5+, nn6+)

So I have these pixel values for the region

left,top,weight,height

What the easiest way to do this ?
