You know, I saw the thread on creating a mapping for the CFC, but for some reason, I thought my problem was different.
Turns out my problem wasn't that different. And, apparently, if I'd bothered to search my host's knowledge base, I could have avoided sending out the e-mail entirely. Thanks!
