There are table border problems in Netscape, not the least of which is
color. You need to think about this problem in a different way. Instead of
putting a border on one cell, you can put a table in that cell and put a
border on that table. If the table contains only one cell, it will look
like a bordered cell. This, of course, would work best if the cell had
cellspacing and cellpadding of 0 in the first place.
