CommonSpot, from PaperThin (http://www.paperthin.com/) fits the bill; we've done deployments on CF 4.5.1 through CFMX. I'm pretty sure that Site Executive also will work in that environment. We have experience with both here at Fig Leaf if you have any questions. With that said, it's worth noting that there's quite a bit of range between available CMS products. Some tend to be more of an application framework than an out-of-the-box application; Spectra and its progeny, for example. Others, like CommonSpot, tend to focus on providing a working solution very quickly. Each type has its uses, of course.
