First, thanks to all of those who answered so quickly on my SQL question 
(dateadd worked beautifully).

And for my next Off Topic question...

I don't think this is possible, but if anyone knows how to do this it is 
someone on this list. I have video streams being fed by an Axis Video 
server (not my choice, I swear). To view the streams the user has to use 
Axis' ActiveX control. My boss wants a mask over the video window 
(stream to show through a cut out).

Is there any way to control the z-index of the < object > tag? So that I 
might place a transparent .gif or .png over the video window? If not, is 
there a way to do this in Flash? These are WebCams being fed through the 
video server, so they are continuous streams.
