We found this link a couple of weeks ago but although you get the new tag definitions and help files, the help files are not integrated into the studio help pane, and you have to remember to add any new functions or tags into the list used by insight/completion.
If anyone is interested I have a 1.5MB zip file which adds a 'CF MX Tags' and 'CF MX Functions' section to your Studio Help Pane, within the CFML Reference section.
