I wouldn't call it an embarrassment, it's a list of know issues. All software has errors in it. There is no such thing as "perfect" software. Try even finding a decent list of "issues" from any of the other big software vendors. With that said, as the document states, these are issues slated for correction in a future version of ColdFusion. I have to agree with Jim and say Kudos to MM for both publishing and working very dilligently to correct these issues.
