I was also recently trying to find information on changing the scrollbar 
width. In my research (which may be incomplete and flawed, if so someone 
please speak up) I found that the scrollbar CSS attributes appeared to 
only be supported by IE. While researching the various attributes on the 
Micro$oft site I could find nothing which would adjust the width of the 
scrollbars. I thought I had seen this done in the past, but now I 
believe it may have been Flash movies I was looking at. If you find a 
better answer please let me know off list.
