I have a client who wants to send out emails with images embedded because he heard you can track info about the image being opened in the email through some sort of server process.
I know a site's log reports on which images were viewed in a web browser during a visitor session, however how do you do this for email, what do you need to look for, and is there a need to embed a unique code in the email other than an image? Any help in this direction would be greatly appreciated! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?forumid=4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?method=subscribe&forumid=4 FAQ: http://www.thenetprofits.co.uk/coldfusion/faq This list and all House of Fusion resources hosted by CFHosting.com.
