Third time is a charm, I suppose. Managed a successful upgrade after stopping MySQL, iMS, in addition to IIS and CF. Also closed a number of items in the task bar, including NAV.
Not sure which application was causing the error below, but happy to have upgraded and enjoying the boosted performance.
