Neil-

Why is "/WEB-INF" mapped to your webroot? Is that just an oversight/typo in your
email? should be:

  <virtual-mapping>
    <resource-path>/WEB-INF</resource-path>
    <system-path>C:/CFusionMX/wwwroot/WEB-INF</system-path>
  </virtual-mapping>

OK..

I was hoping that after a few posts last week that a resolution would have
been posted...but I will try again..... I have installed CFMX on a dev
server as a standalone webserver (port 8500). I have modified the .xml file
thus :

<virtual-mapping>
    <resource-path>/WEB-INF</resource-path>
    <system-path>c:\cfusionmx\wwwroot\</system-path>
  </virtual-mapping>

  <virtual-mapping>
    <resource-path>/reed</resource-path>
    <system-path>d:\reed\tonga\</system-path>
  </virtual-mapping>

And if I browser that virtual director this :

http://SERVERNAME:8500/reed/

I can actually see the files listed BUT when I click on any .cfm...I get the
following error..

"JRun Servlet Error
404 File not found: /reed/yourpage.cfm"

This is on ColdFusion 6.1
