I tried a bunch of mySQL front-ends, and I ended up using SQLYog. (Though I did not 
try all that have been mentioned in this thread.)

Very MS Enterprise Manager-like (which is a compliment; combined with Query Analyzer, 
an excellent tool).

I highly recommend it; and it's free, to boot.
