I just got back from a client site and they are running CF5 and MS access. The problem is that the MSAccess file grows at least 5 MB per min. thus filling the hard disk. I was able to do a simple compact with access and the file shrunk from 2 GB to 5 MB, but soon after started to grow again.
Has anyone seen this before? I assume that since I can shrink the database to 5 MB then it is not real data that is taking up the 2gb of space. Anyone have any ideas? I found that if reset CF it took about 15mins for the growing to start. Thanks Mark W.
