I am getting the same error, but only sometimes - and under different circumstances - so I'm not sure if there is any connection between our errors. There's one thread on this at MM, but no resolution. You will find my post there from today is still unanswered, but you can see the details of it. (Seems to be common enough on requests with some COM invocation.)

Ours is a win2k/IIS server that has been updated to CFMX6.1
Please let me know if you (or anyone else!) come up with any resolution.
