Yeah, it gets to about 99% fairly quickly and then just sits there for a
good few minutes, but it does get there in the end.

As it says - that all looks perfectly normal, so what's the problem?
Also:

If you already had it installed, why reinstall?
If have at least two boxes both running in exactly the same
configuration as you mentioned (RH7.3, MX6.1, Apache 1.3.27) and they're
doing fine (have been for quite some time now!)
One issue we did have we with one of the boxes for some unknown reason,
every now and again one of the connector threads would just lock up, the
memory usage for it would go through the roof and if we didn't catch it
in time it ended up bringing the whole box down. Still don't know
exactly where the issue was but we upgraded Apache to 1.3.27_2 (was on
_1) and haven't had the problem since [shrug].
