Isn't it "..", as in
SELECT tb1.id, tb2.name
FROM db1..table1 tb1, db2..table2 tb2
?

I don't know what RDBMS you're using, but you should be able to scope the
table name with either the database name or the schema name:
myDB1.tableName, myDB2.tableName, etc.
