The onLoad event assumes Javascript, so I don't believe you need to, or
should, put the javascript: in there. The code as you had it, Alan,
should work and call the Down() function, as long as your top frame is
called "adminTop". Check the Down() function and make sure it's
refreshing all it's vars when called.
