Michael fixed the problem for opting out of HTML. But, you have to opt out of HTML using the check box. If you select the "Text Only" from the drop down menu it either unsubscribe you from the list, or something else. Something else - because I am not sure what it does except cancels the Immediate deliver option. Form what I can tell that is still a problem.
