I think I've figured out the circumstances that cause the error.  I just
uninstalled HomeSite+, cleaned up unused dlls and all registry entries, but
still get the error when I open up HomeSite+.  It's happens after I've closed
out of HomeSite+ if I've been connected to an RDS site.  In fact, if the Files1
and Files2 tabs have both been connected to an RDS site, I get the error twice
upon reopening HomeSite+.
