We're not using MX 6.1 yet... just MX.
I considered the fact that she might have her cookies disabled, but this
doesn't seem to be the case. On my own machine I can get it to fail with
her login and then work with my own login without changing any pc settings.
It seems specific to her account somehow. She is being authenticated...
it's just that it's timing out absurdly quickly. (As soon as you click on
anything)

Are you using MX 6.1? Are you using the new ability to store cflogin
info in sessions? If so, it's possible she has cookies disabled.
Actually, even if you aren't using 6.1, if she has cookies disabled, you
will see this behavior.
