Further to Carriage Return Question

I have an input field where the user is able to enter in up to 12 lines of
text. Considering that those entering the text via the website have no html
knowledge is there some way to execute carriage returns by them as they
require to separate paragraphs or do I need to instruct them to use the <br>
tag

| You have to put the exact character in, so Chr(13) & chr(10) would be the
| correct way.
