Evaluate an Array

In a credit card processing app I am working on I get a response back from
the credit card processor in the following form:

PNResponse = RESULT=23&PNREF=V50035748010&RESPMSG=Invalid account number

I need to break out each variable from the string and I'm not sure how to do
it.  I tried using Evaluate unsuccessfully.  How would I get each one of
these variables from the above string?
