File Copying

Hey guys, which would be faster.....having coldfusion copy 3,000 files into a new directory, or using CFEXECUTE to copy 3,000 files into a new directory?  yeah I know I can test it out, but i want to go the easy way first, and maybe get some insight from someone else.
