Steven,
1-  When I go to the index.htm file
http://www.lcgis.com/STAGE/index.htm
I _do not_ see the images.  Methinks you need to clear your cache...

2-  The source for that file lists all the image references as <img
src="" width="" height="" alt="" border="">.  I
don't think I've ever seen a path with "./" in the beginning.  Could that be
the problem?
